I’m Natalie Moore, a Licensed Conveyancer with over 20 years’ experience in the legal profession. In 2017, I set up my own UK firm, Aconveyancing, with a mission to drive positive change in my industry by offering a better employee experience.
With a multi-million turnover, the business I set-up in my garage with a team of three, today runs across four offices, employing over 60 staff. In 2022, Aconveyancing was named Midlands Firm of the Year at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards. At the same event, I was named Managing Partner of the Year.
Now, I am sharing the insight, knowledge and lessons learnt to help eliminate secrecy around success. I empower business owners to take the next positive step with their firms. I support individuals to navigate their personal and professional development through structured mentoring.
Most importantly, I reject the standard and often selective hierarchies associated with legal practice and instead, present an authentic and innovative alternative.
